PFI Annual Conference

The 2013 PFI Annual Conference will be held from July 28-30 at The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.

The Grove Park Inn (host of the 2010 PFI Conference) is a world-class hotel, offering great service and meeting facilities. Asheville offers plenty of opportunities for recreation, along with excellent weather, so we hope you will consider bringing along your family!

The PFI Annual Conference highlights the various applications of densified biomass fuel and attracts a broad range of individuals from the public and private sectors, academia, and local, state and national governments from North America and beyond. Featuring two days of educational sessions, plentiful networking opportunities, and industry exhibits, the PFI Annual Conference is not to be missed.

An exciting new component has been added to the conference program, where Diamond and Platinum level exhibitors/sponsors may give a presentation on new products or technologies during the conference’s general session on Monday, July 29. These presentations are offered on a first come, first served basis and will be limited to either 5 or 10 minutes. Those who register as Diamond or Platinum Level Exhibitors/Sponsors will be contacted by PFI staff with more information on the general session presentations.

PFI has secured a preferred conference rate of $195/night at The Grove Park Inn. In order to receive the PFI preferred nightly room rate of $195, conference attendees must mention the Pellet Fuels Institute block of rooms, or group code 692520. The deadline to reserve a room is Wednesday, June 26, pending availability.
